Return & Refund Policy

How to return an order and how refunds are issued.

The short version

You have 60 days from delivery to request a refund.

If your order is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a refund, opened or unopened. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. See our returns policy for details.

What can be returned

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email support@highstakesystems.com with your order number and the reason. You will get a return address and instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once the return arrives, the refund is issued to the original payment method 5-10 business days after the return is received. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Cancelling an order

An order that has not yet shipped can be cancelled in full. Write to support@highstakesystems.com as soon as you can.
